I tend to agree. Be yourself. Don’t fight it. Professionalism is how we get our jobs done effectively. It’s not what we wear or whether or not we have tattoos. It’s not our hairstyles or hair colors. In this day and age, if someone’s ability to work is inhibited by someone else’s tattoo or casual dress code, alarm bells are going off in my head. It is the year 2023. We have coworkers with tattoos, who wear tshirts and hoodies and not suits and ties, and who swear. Occasionally…or even regularly, as long as it’s not abusive, who really cares? I sure dont. Let’s act like we’ve all heard it before. Can we cut through the BS and get back to what matters most? Getting the work done. Serving the people we serve. Solving the problems we solve. These non issues get in the way of all of it, and the stakes are way too high right now. My perspective on this issue Ks further reinforced by the urgency of the climate crisis. We can’t get hung up on minute details, like what color someone’s hair is. We can’t infight and gossip about what clothes other people are wearing. The climate crisis commands our full attention. The stakes are too high right now to get distracted by things that ultimately don’t matter. #people #climatefight #nobullsh*t

We made it to $1 million!!! 💪 💰 📈 🚀 It's kind of crazy to think that we've been able to generate $1 million just by writing code to execute trades on the stock market.Sure, it sounds simple... but it has actually been a pretty long road to get here. Ever since I started tinkering in the stock market in the early 2000's I've believed that something like this could be possible, and so it became my hobby and my passion, and I spent countless hours on evenings and weekends over the years working on it. Tried a lot of different strategies, built a lot of systems, had multiple failed partnerships, and many more failures than successes along the way. But through all of it I kept going, and often consulted with my brother Benjamin Lyman to bounce ideas off and gain his valuable insights. So it made sense that we would start LymanWealth LLC together so we could turn this system into something that not only makes money for ourselves, but that we can use to financially benefit others as well. And that's the best part: we're helping others. Yes, we absolutely could have just kept it secret to make money for ourselves, and saved a lot of hassle setting up the business and getting registered as investment advisors... but it's much, much more satisfying to know that we're lifting others and helping them achieve their financial goals. It adds purpose, if you will, to all of those hours spent over the years to get to where we are today. We're proud of what we've built and love sharing it with others. Looking forward to the coming years and achieving many more milestones! Let's see how long it takes to double again and hit $2 million captured. 😄

Price have fallen by more than 4.5% since this post. This is just the beginning. However, it's difficult to determine a target right now.Price still seem hesitant, and even though they showed a direction yesterday, we expected a bigger movement.However, there is a high probability that prices will continue to fall in the next hours and days.There is also a high probability that the price will continue to fall below $60k.

Great discussion with a mentor today. We were discussing the tug-of-war shareholder value vs. customer affinity can create. His reply:He who forsakes customers for shareholders will lose both, and deserves neither.
