My Project
Each building game will greatly benefit the students in my class. These games will encourage creativity within my students, improve teamwork skills, leadership abilities, and encourage students to step out of their comfort zone. Playing games is a great way to foster their communicatiion and cooperation skills. While playing, students learn to take turns, work together as a team, listen to one another, and build respect. They will also help develop problem-solving skills by having my students make goals, form strategies, and overcome obstacles. Building games will help my students practice their hand-eye coordination. These engaging games introduce students to early numeracy skills, such as order, size, height, and comparison. Finally, building games promote a positive collaborative learning environment, especially when students are playing in groups.
